Johanna Flas founded Trinidad Bilingual after relocating from New Jersey to Texas in 2019. With 15+ years of experience in education, Johanna’s calling has always been working with children, and this is evident in every aspect of her work.

From director to maintenance, every employee at TLBC is held to the highest standards. All interested applicants go through a comprehensive screening process – staff must pass a detailed background check, provide a complete history of their educational background and work experience, and have their personal references verified prior to being onboarded.
All staff members must have up to date first aid and CPR certifications and complete emergency response training. Fire, severe weather, and evacuation drills are practiced regularly to ensure your child’s safety while in our care.
